Join in the festivities of PotatoFest with a fun-filled day of activities the whole family can enjoy. Over 200 vendors line the streets with arts, crafts, food, entertainment and more. Free admission, parking, and shuttle.
Covered Bridge & Arts Festival
Knoebels Amusement Resort – Elysburg, PA
October 3-5, 2019 – 10am-6pm; October 6, 2019 – 10am-5pm
Situated in Knoebels Amusement Resort, the 38th Annual Covered Bridge & Arts Festival includes more than 385 craft vendors and over 35 food vendors. Park rides will be open each day, but open rides vary depending on date. FREE parking, admission, and entertainment.
Bridge Bust
Veterans Memorial Bridge – Columbia & Wrightsville, PA
October 5, 2019 – 8am-4pm
For 31 years, visitors have been attending the Bridge Bust – with nearly 20,000 attendees each year – for the hundreds of antiques, crafts, arts, and food vendors lining the Veterans Memorial Bridge, which links Wrightsville and Columbia boroughs. Vehicle traffic is closed during the event. Rain date is October 12, 2019.
Bedford’s Fall Foliage Festival
Downtown – Bedford, PA
October 5-6 & 12-13, 2019 – 9am-5pm
There’s something for everyone at this fall festival. Located in downtown Bedford, the Fall Foliage Festival features over 400 local art and craft merchants, food vendors, children’s games, fun activities, and live entertainment has been attracting visitors for over 50 years. Parking is available at the Bedford County Fairgrounds and Old Bedford Village at $7 per vehicle. Free shuttle bus rides is available. Rain or shine.
National Apple Harvest Festival
South Mountain Fairgrounds – Arendtsville, PA
October 5-6 & 12-13, 2019 – Saturday, 8am-6pm & Sundays, 8am-5pm
Come celebrate the changing of the seasons with crafts, music, and tasty eats at the National Apple Harvest Festival. Special attractions include the Apple Auditorium, antique cars, steam engine displays, orchard tours, petting zoo, craftsman demonstration, and more. Admission fee includes parking.
Flaming Foliage Festival

Punkin’ Chunkin’ Fall Festival
Bald Eagle State Park – Howard, PA

The 9th Annual Punkin’ Chunkin’ Fall Festival hosted by the Howard Fire Company is sure to be a delight for all ages. Highlights include food and craft vendors, hayrides, pie eating contest, farmer’s market, and of course, chunkin’ machine launching punkins’ at floating targets on the lake. Parking and admission is free. Proceeds go towards supporting the Howard Fire Company.
ROCKtoberfest

Harvest Days
Landis Valley Museum - Lancaster, PA
October 12-13, 2019 – 11am-5pm
Enjoy 18th- and 19th-century harvest and craft demonstrations, such as apple butter making, threshing, and open-hearth cooking. Horse-drawn wagon rides, music, food, and children's activities add to the fun. Pick a pumpkin of your own and then decorate it. Ticket can be purchased at the gate.
Dillsburg Farmers Fair

A week-long fair with full schedule of events, contests, games, and loads of tasty food. Opening ceremony is kicked off by the Fair President at 6:30pm on October 14 at Northern High School.
Chocotoberfest
